Functional Training Clinic (2-4 hours): This course is designed to identify the 4-pillars of movement discussed in the mainstream fitness community today. It reviews the movement patterns, provides rationale for the movements, and equips the instructor with sample class designs and an exercise library that fall under each category. It can be used as a small segment of your already existing classes or can be a great stand alone circuit class that gets your folks moving the way they are meant to. (Personal Training, Group Fitness)
